Service: Incident Response Support

Objectives/background:

 

·        “A consumer has complained that a can of soft drink we manufactured has exploded.  We think this is unlikely but can you collect it so we can investigate.”  RQA Europe assigned a Field Representative who was close to the consumer to collect the product at a time convenient to the consumer.  The can was then sent back to the manufacturer for rapid assessment.

 

·        “Contamination on food production line resulted in line closure for 3 months.  Company experts could not solve the issue and contacted RQA via the Chartis incident line.  RQA experts assigned to the company to solve the contamination issue.”

 

·        “We have found e-coli in our milk and we don’t know what to do.”  RQA assigned a specialist consultant to advise the company on the implications of this contamination and what the options for action should be considered.
