What is Consumer Complaint Retrieval?

Upon your notification, RQA sends a local field representative to your consumer's house / place of work or supermarket to collect a serious complaint sample and send it back to you (or nominated laboratory) for investigation.    The sample is picked up at the consumer's convenience (typically within 24 hours), allowing for fast investigation of any serious complaint issue.

Our clients use RQA in the below situations:

  • A serious complaint (i.e. glass in food or electrical fault with a toy) that needs investigating quickly and could provoke a possible recall
  • To ensure safe and rapid collection of the product from the consumer, minimising inconvenience to them
  • To reduce the risk of further action being taken, such as media involvement & negative press
  • To save internal management time arranging couriers, etc
  • When internal sales representatives are not available to collect the sample
  • To have a personally delivered replacement product to the consumer
