1. Immediate response
The typical emergency occurs out of standard working hours when most senior managers and members of the crisis team are not on site.
RQA will assist you to develop simple procedures to cover the immediate response to an emergency incident. This will assist all those who may find themselves in charge of a crisis situation. It includes role call, evacuation, access control, handling the emergency services etc. Training is also provided to support this - see later.
