5. Simulations - Exercising the team!
RQA crisis simulations are designed to be as realistic as possible and customized to your company. A potential crisis will be selected and the scenario developed. On the day, the crisis team will be challenged with managing the immediate impact of a crisis such as including decision to evacuate, communication with emergency services, head office, employees, families etc.
In addition, we can "fast forward" and consider the business continuity challenges that face a company in the days after a major crisis. The simulation is fully interactive and the team is continually fed with updates and escalations. Simulations can also include the actual emergency services for the added element of realism.
